Holy Moley (Magnetics)!

The J. Fitzgerald Group (JFG) recently re-energized the Moley Magnetic brand with a bold and modern style. When it came time to update Moley’s tradeshow display, Elizabeth Deeks (Liz) from JFG invited the FB Displays & Designs team to submit a bid. The scope of the project was clear:

  • 20’ Display with a 10’ configuration

  • At least one monitor for demonstrations

  • Easy Setup – No more than 1 hour for 2-3 people

  • Ability to target different markets at shows with minimal extra investment

Our team did what we do best: we brainstormed several solutions.

  • A pillowcase structure would allow us to create a unique layout that’s easy-to-use.

  • An SEG extrusion display on the other hand, would be easier to update while offering a more sophisticated style.

Through conversations with Liz, we designed an even better solution; a 20’ SEG pop-up display which met all of Moley’s needs:

  • The pop-up structure allows for a simple, tool-free setup.

  • The backwall is constructed of five modules: two generic 8’ walls and three targeted 3’ towers. All together, this forms a 20’ blocky gullwing which can be broken down into two 10’ displays.

  • A monitor on each wall to allow their video presentations to continue while one is in use for demos.

  • Tight-fitting SEG graphics accentuate the design from JFG to create a sharp style to match the new Moley brand.

When all was done, the project was a resounding success. We had fun, we designed a great new display, and we sent a satisfied client off to their first show of the year.

“You and your team have really been great to work with. So glad after all of the chaos in our search that we landed with you all, you made it easy. Can't wait for for them to reveal the new booth in the new year!” – Liz Deeks, J Fitzgerald Group
